Individuals enrolled in and attending a program within the United States, including: Optional Practical Training (OPT), H1B work program, language programs/schools, summer and/or winter camps, and students temporarily enrolled on this Plan prior to the start of the school session. Students must be residing outside of their Home Country. Individuals must actively attend their specific program. Home study, correspondence, and online courses do not fulfill the eligibility requirements that the student actively attend their program.
